How It Works:
Orders are ready for pickup within 4 business hours if items are in stock and payment is cleared.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to collect — please don’t arrive until you get this.

Important Info:
- Orders must be paid for online — no pay-in-store option.
- Bring a valid NZ photo ID (Driver's Licence or Passport) and your order number when picking up.
- This is a warehouse only — we can’t release orders early or process new orders on-site.
- If not picked up within 2 weeks, your order may be cancelled and refunded.
💬 Showroom pickups?
If you visit our showroom by appointment, you can place an order there and head straight to Apollo Drive to collect — as long as stock is available.
