Ordering

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

All our products are locally stocked and, if purchased before 12 pm, are dispatched on the same day. Your satisfaction and quick delivery are our top priorities!

Can I cancel my order?

Absolutely! We understand that circumstances change. Please email us as soon as possible to cancel your order. However, if the item has already been dispatched, a shipping charge will apply upon cancellation.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact usย with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Do You Offer Same-Day Delivery?

Absolutely, same-day delivery is available, but currently limited to Auckland. Please note that this excludes rural areas and Pukekohe. We're continuously working to expand our service areas.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we exclusively ship to New Zealand. If you reside in the Pacific Islands, please reach out to us. We'll explore possibilities to assist you!

How long will it take to receive my order?

In the North Island, our deliveries typically take 1-3 days, while in the South Island, it's around 2-5 days. For bulkier items or rural addresses, kindly allow an additional 5 days to the standard delivery time.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

What Should I Do If My Item Is Faulty?

if your item has become faulty, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. Most of our products come with a 1-year warranty. Your satisfaction and product functionality are our utmost priorities.
