We use a range of Company's to ship your goodies dependent on where you are and how big the item is. We use PBT Couriers, Mainfreight 2Home, Jet Couriers
Shipping Times (On a business day)
All Orders will be Dispatched if order is completed by 12:00 pm.
Auckland: 1 - 2 Days
Rest Of North Island: 1 - 3 Days
South Island 2 - 4 Days
Auckland Same Day: Same day if ordered before 12:00 pm

Please be aware that all Mainfreight 2 Home deliveries are scheduled for pickup from us on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Click and Collect
We have a Click and collect service we are based in Hobsonville, West Auckland this is Free. We normally have click and collect order done in 4 hour but please wait for a Pickup Confirmation Email before coming.
Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:30pm - 4:00pm
Please double-check that the delivery address you provide is accurate. We cannot take responsibility for shipments sent to an incorrect address due to an input error. If an error occurs, we will assist you in every way possible, but any additional shipping costs or delays will be the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
