Same-Day Dispatch

In-stock orders placed before 12:00 pm on a business day will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Dispatch times may be longer during major sales, public holidays, and busy periods such as Christmas.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated from the time your order is dispatched:

  • Auckland: 1–2 business days
  • Rest of the North Island: 1–3 business days
  • South Island: 2–4 business days
  • Auckland Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery when ordered before 12:00 pm and the service is available for your address

Delivery estimates exclude rural addresses, bulky products, and some remote areas. Please contact us if you have any questions about delivery to your address.

Pickup orders are normally ready within four business hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been packed and is ready to collect.

Please do not arrive before receiving your confirmation email, as we cannot release your order until it has been packed and confirmed as ready.

This location is a collection warehouse only. The warehouse team cannot process new orders, provide product demonstrations, or assist with product questions.

Delivery Address Information

Please double-check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Speednation cannot accept responsibility for an order delivered to an incorrect address supplied during checkout. We will do everything possible to help correct an address error, but any additional shipping costs or delays will be the customer’s responsibility.
