Same-Day Dispatch
In-stock orders placed before 12:00 pm on a business day will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Dispatch may take longer during major sales and busy periods such as Christmas.
Estimated Courier Delivery Times
For orders sent by standard courier, estimated delivery times from dispatch are:
- Auckland: 1–2 business days
- Rest of the North Island: 1–3 business days
- South Island: 2–4 business days
These estimates exclude rural addresses, remote areas, and bulky items sent by freight. Please contact us if you would like an estimate for your address.
Auckland Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for eligible Auckland orders placed before 12:00 pm on a business day, subject to service availability for your address and order.
Mainfreight 2Home – Bulky Item Deliveries
For orders sent with Mainfreight 2Home, the following estimated transit times apply from Auckland:

These times are for arrival at the local delivery depot. Please allow additional time for delivery to your address.
Transit times exclude the day Mainfreight collects your order, weekends, and public holidays. Once your order arrives at the delivery depot, Mainfreight will arrange a delivery booking in accordance with its local delivery schedule.
All delivery and transit times are estimates. Weather, traffic, and other transport disruptions may cause delays. If your order is urgent, please contact us before ordering so we can check the available options.

Pickup orders are normally ready within four business hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been packed and is ready to collect.
Please wait for your confirmation email before coming to collect your order. We can only release orders once they have been packed and confirmed as ready.
This location is a collection warehouse only. The warehouse team cannot process new orders, provide product demonstrations, or assist with product questions.

Delivery Address Information
Please double-check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help correct it, but any additional shipping costs or delays caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout will be the customer’s responsibility.
