1. Overview
Speednation Turn‑Key Simulators are custom‑built systems. The following policy covers Support, Returns, Payments, Order Changes, Customer Responsibilities, and Warranty. By paying a deposit or placing an order, you agree to all terms in this policy.
2. Support Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Free 1‑Year Support
- Sim gear
- PC
- Monitor
2.2 Support for Partial or Non‑Standard Setups
- $600 annual support add-on (discount may apply when purchased with a Turn‑Key simulator)
- Hourly labour rates for gear or PCs not purchased from Speednation
2.3 Pricing Updates
Support pricing may change anytime. Please contact us for current rates.
2.4 What Support Includes
Hardware Support
For Speednation‑supplied hardware: setup, firmware guidance, troubleshooting, and fault identification.
Software Support
Includes Moza Pithouse, Nvidia Surround, AMD Eyefinity, Fanatec software, Simucube, haptics tools, and driver issues.
Game Support (Limited)
Basic game support only. Game bugs, updates, or mod issues are outside our control.
Not Included
Third‑party issues, accidental damage, unsupported mods, or onsite work unless paid.
2.5 Annual Renewal
Support renews yearly at current pricing.
3. Return Policy
No Returns — All Sales Final
Turn‑Key Simulators cannot be returned for any reason.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Change of mind
- Game or software incompatibility
- Supplier delays
- Customer environment issues
- Third‑party hardware conflicts
- Failure to understand or use the system
4. Payment Policy
4.1 Deposit
A 20% non‑refundable deposit is required for all Turn‑Key builds. Work does not begin until the deposit is paid.
4.2 Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid 2 business days before installation. Late payment may delay installation and result in rebooking fees.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
5.1 Changes
Any changes after ordering may increase cost or extend build time.
5.2 Cancellation
Deposits and any completed labour/configuration work are non‑refundable.
6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1 Installation Environment
Customer must provide proper space, safe access, power, and internet. If installation cannot occur due to customer conditions, rebooking fees apply.
6.2 Information Accuracy
Customer must provide correct hardware choices and contact details.
6.3 Attendance
If the customer is unavailable at install time, the visit may be treated as completed and charged accordingly.
7. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to hardware. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, modifications, or damage caused by third‑party equipment.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By paying a deposit or purchasing a Turn‑Key system from Speednation.co.nz, you agree to all policies in this document.
