  • Turn-Key systems are supplied ready for self-assembly. All hardware and cables are included, and setup guides are provided.

    If you prefer a complete white-glove installation (delivered, built, and tested), our team can arrange that — just contact us.

  • Yes! You can swap or upgrade components (for example, wheelbase, pedals, or monitors). Get in touch before ordering to discuss custom configurations.

  • Lead time is typically 1–2 weeks when all items are in stock. Custom builds or special orders may take a little longer — we’ll confirm your ETA once your order is placed.

  • All items are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties (typically 12–24 months). Speednation also provides local support for warranty claims and troubleshooting.

  • Yes — we’re here to help! Whether it’s software setup, calibration, or troubleshooting, our team can assist you via phone, email, or remote session.

    Customers who choose our White Glove Installation receive 12 months of free post-setup support.

    For self-assembled systems, support is still available — standard service rates may apply.
