Went defective just outside the warranty period

While the product was great, it showed signs when I first got it that something wasn't right, the motor in the wheelbase made funny noises and smelt strangely. And then just outside of the warranty period the belt system and fan stopped working and is now defective. Very unhappy customer, and it's the first product I bought off Speednation as well.
