I thought I would take the time to let you know how happy I am with firstly your wonderful staff and also the outstanding product they installed for me last Thursday. After my initial visit to your showroom I was sold on the full motion simulators. Harry was friendly, approachable and let me know from day one that nothing was a problem. The whole process from ordering, paying the deposit through to delivery has been faultless. Even the issue with the screen stands being delayed was worked through without drama. The finished product absolutely took my beath away and was everything I had hoped for and much much more. Harry has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and is a credit to your company. As a customer the service received from him has been absolutely second to none and I would not hesitate in recommending your company as 10 out of 10 for customer service. The day of the installation Harry and Blayne were bang on time, raring to go and got stuck in from the moment they arrived. The quality of their worked was matched by the superior quality of the equipment. They also dropped tools and helped my 84 year old neighbour to carry a washing machine into his house. They were both polite and courteous to my wife and very complimentary of their lunch which was appreciated by her.
