A compact first full simulator with a proper cockpit and seat, direct-drive steering, pedals, clutch, gear shifter, handbrake and a 34-inch curved ultrawide monitor.
Start with No PC if you already have a suitable gaming computer, or choose Add PC for a matched system. Vortex is an easy step up from a wheel clamped to a desk and gives you the controls for circuit racing, drifting and rally.

Vortex gives a new sim racer plenty to explore. Race on circuits, learn to drift, tackle rally stages, join online races or try NASCAR, dirt oval, off-road trucks and karting.
Games and setup are optional extras: Game licences, subscriptions and paid downloadable content are not included in the base simulator price. Speednation can preload and configure selected games for an extra charge. For Assetto Corsa, we can also install our curated collection built over more than 10 years of sim racing. It includes the latest available Speednation-managed F1, V8 Supercars and TA2 cars, plus New Zealand and Australian tracks such as Hampton Downs, Pukekohe and Highlands Motorsport Park. A proper first setup without going too big
Vortex is aimed at the newcomer who wants the complete driving experience in a manageable home setup. The seat, wheel, pedals, shifter, handbrake and display are already matched, so it is clear what you are buying.
A real cockpit position
The dedicated seat and frame hold the wheel and pedals in place, giving a more natural and repeatable driving position than a desk.
Direct-drive feedback
The wheel is connected directly to its motor, so steering feels smoother and more detailed than many entry-level gear-driven wheels.
Manual controls included
A clutch pedal, gear shifter and handbrake make the package ready for manual cars, drifting and rally without immediate add-ons.

Option 2
Built and delivered
Speednation can build the simulator before delivery, saving you the time of assembling the cockpit, screen and accessories yourself. Build time, packing, freight and delivery are charged extra, so contact us for pricing.
Option 3
Built and installed on-site
Available in or close to the Auckland area for an extra cost. We can build, install and help get the setup ready to race. Build time, travel, installation time and any required shipping are charged extra, so contact us for a quote.
